I know I’m late to the game guys but this is still a big step
Someone I’m friends with, please help me through prednisone? I try to explain how hard it is to be on long term and no one gets it.
I know plenty of you have been on the devil’s tick tacs. Do you have any help for this lady?

Stay HELLA hydrated
Lay down if your tiered (get sleep when you can)
Eat more raw veggies (celery, carrots, ect)
Avoid stress, the Prednisone will make you stressed as it is

I know it’s a hard night when I’m getting my oils out at 2am in an attempt to settle myself for sleep.
I used my lemon and ginger essential oils, I made a potent mint and lavender sleep brew so strong there are herb chunks in it, and I put tea tree oil in my air vaporizer.
I will put music on to sleep as a last resort if I have to, but I really believe the time you spend falling asleep is an intimate time you should spend with yourself to, in a way, cleanse your mind.
